Position Summary:
Reporting to the Sr. Division Manager, the OSI RN Regional Division Manager is responsible for leading and supporting the day-to day operations of their assigned teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage staff through hiring, on-boarding, open communication, training and development opportunities, disciplinary action and performance management processes; management administrative responsibilities; build and maintain employee morale and motivation; ensure the team is appropriately staffed with required competencies.
- Manage the daily operations of the client facilities including staff scheduling, patient records, and compliance logs. Ensure the teams are appropriately staffed with required competencies, and serve as primary PRN backfill within the region.
- Drive clinical compliance and performance assurance by charting audits for managers, implementing and adhering to best practices and managing internal training.
- Manage incidental clinical issues in partnership with the Sr. Registered Nurse Managers and communicate appropriately to relevant stakeholders.
- In collaboration with the Medical Director, Division Manager, Account Manager and client, review and execute on client strategies, clinical and team performance, ROI data reporting; support Virtual Ergonomics/Virtual Early Intervention Services.

Qualifications:
- Education:
- Work Experience:
- 2 years of management/leadership experience
- 3 years with OSI (preferred)
- Completion of Emerging Leaders Development Program or equivalent (Alpha testing)
- Certification/Licensure:
- Certified and Licensed in the field they serve and state(s) they provide clinical coverage for
- Knowledge and Technical Skills:
- Demonstrated track record of developing and motivating a high performing team
- Proactive committee engagement and contribution
- Demonstrated committee leadership
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong strategic relationships
Language Skills:
- Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently

Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.
