Position Summary:

Complete the day-to-day operations of all services for assigned client programs. This position will perform on-site services such as injury prevention training, job analysis, ergonomic analysis, and post offer employment testing, monthly reporting, and coordinating patients to physicians or near site locations. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The below is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organization and the overall business objectives of the organization.

  • Perform field services as assigned: Onsite OSHA first aid, job analysis, post offer pre-employment program design and execution in the clinic, computer workstation ergonomics assessments, and client workforce trainings.
  • Coordination and deliver orientation of new employees with client programs.
  • Partner with Work Comp Program Managers, physical therapists, and others to triage injured workers to appropriate personnel for services and ensure minimal lost time and timely return to work. During treatment period, responsible for timely communication with WC Program Manager and treating clinicians to minimize employee lost time, provide recommendations on functional capacity and workplace accommodations, and coordinate return to work activities.
  • Provide support to internal departments as needed in the development of comprehensive program clients.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A Bachelor of Science from an accredited institution or license or certification from an accredited institution

  • Work Experience: None Required

  • Certification/Licensure:
    • Licensed or eligible for license to practice Athletic Training, Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy in the State of Arizona, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Ohio, Wisconsin, Michigan, South Dakota, or Texas
    • Compliance with regulations of accrediting bodies
    • Ergonomics certification (e.g. CEAS, CEES, AEP, CPE )
    • Current CPR certification
    • Current TB test

  • Knowledge and Technical Skills: None Required

Language Skills:

  • Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently

  • Ability to fulfill office activities including but not limited to remain stationary for extended periods of time (i.e. while working at a desk), stoop/kneel/crouch, travel around the office, communicate with others (verbal and written), and use fine motor skills including fine hand manipulation and keyboarding.
  • Ability to see at close range, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
  • Occassionally lift up to 25 lbs
  • Frequent travel required

Work Environment: 

  • Consistent with a standard office environment, noise level is low with little to no extraordinary environmental factors.  
  • Work may also be performed off site at locations such as a clinic, home office, or employer job site which may have different working conditions.
