Position Summary: The OSI Client Program Director serves as the primary single client strategic partner at the regional or National level. Responsible for setting and achieving the shared vision and goals within that client system. Creates the culture and system of necessary support and resources to deliver client and clinician satisfaction. Partners with necessary internal stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes. This position reports to the Sr. Director of Clinical Operations and is also supported directly as needed by the VP of Clinical Operations.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The below  is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organization and the overall business objectives of the organization.

  • Primary national client partner: Has regular touch points with our client’s national program owner. Communicates effectively and efficiently internally and externally on direction and vision of our national client programs.
  • Primary support for Client Program Sr. Managers: Conducts regular touch points with internal team leaders to identify and deliver on key program and clinical opportunities. Responsible for growing and developing the team in their reporting structure. Identifies trends and corrective measures as needed as well as training and development plans. Includes conducting regular performance reviews of their team.
  • Partners with Sr. Account Manager(s), Sr. Director of Clinical Operations and VP of Operations: To review cultural and financial health of the client account. Ensure delivery of services in accordance with the MSA.
  • Partners with Medical Director(s): Have regular and as needed touch points with Medical Directors around clinical strategies and other medically driven items, initiatives, and concerns.
  • Creates program specific processes: Ensures each program within the client program follows a consistent process created for that client that covers the unique nuances of client and program needs (i.e. Onboarding, Injury Reporting, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in related field with a Masters or Certificate of advanced study preferred
  • Work Experience:
    • Minimum of three years clinical experience
    • Three years in a management/leadership position
    • Five years with Pivot OSI preferred
  • Certification/Licensure:
    • Certified and licensed in field (scope) they have served in and have maintained credentials in good standing
  • Knowledge and Technical Skills:
    • Demonstrated active committee engagement and contribution
    • Demonstrated committee leadership
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong strategic relationships
    • Demonstrated record of accomplishment of developing and motivating a high performing team

Language Skills:

  • Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently

Physical Demands: 

  • Ability to fulfill office activities including but not limited to remain stationary for extended periods of time (i.e., while working at a desk), stoop/kneel/crough, travel around the office, communicate with others (verbal and written), and use fine motor skills including fine hand manipulation and keyboarding.
  • Ability to see at close range, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment: 

  • Frequent travel: To attend internal and client-related meetings and site visits as appropriate.
